The death has occurred of Peter B. Sands Dromin Junction, Dunleer, Co. Louth. Former rate collector Louth County Council, Senator Fianna Fáil Seanad Éireann, COMNDT 8th Bn FCA, President Local Government and Public Service Trade Union, Senior Citizens Parliament, St. Kevin’s GAA and CIE, 17th October 2015. Peacefully in his 92nd year at Moorehall Lodge, Ardee.

Removal on Monday morning at 11.30am, arriving to St. Finian’s Church, Dromin for Funeral Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.
