Change in Mass Schedule This Weekend

In light of the death of Fr. Damien’s brother Vinny, it has become necessary to change the Mass times for this coming weekend (Saturday 17th, Sunday 18th January). This is being done to help ensure that there is at least one Vigil Mass and one Sunday Mass in the parish.

For this weekend, the Mass schedule is as follows:

Saturday 6pm Philipstown – Mass is Cancelled

Saturday 7.30pm Dunleer – Vigil Mass as normal

Sunday 10.30am Dromin – Mass is Cancelled

Sunday 11.30am Dunleer – Sunday Mass as normal

The Baptism scheduled for 12.30pm on Sunday will be celebrated as booked.

Where agreed with the families, the Mass intentions due to be remembered and prayed for at 10.30am Mass in Dromin have been moved to the 11.30am Mass in Dunleer. Where possible, their families are being contacted.

Sincere thanks to the priests who are stepping in to cover Masses as much as possible in Fr. Damien’s absence.
