Jubilee of Choirs and Church Musicians
This weekend as part of the Jubilee of Hope Year, the Church celebrates the Jubilee of Choirs and Musicians.
We give thanks for our parish choir, our organist, our folk group, our soloists and musicians who add so beautifully to our liturgies and who, through the sharing of their gifts, help guide us more deeply into the sacred mysteries
Come Spend Some Time with the One Who Loves You the Most
To mark the Solemnity of Our Lord Jesus Christ, King of the Universe (Christ the King) and the last Sunday of the Church’s year, there will be Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament in St. Brigid’s Church, Dunleer after 7.30pm Mass on Saturday November 22nd until 9.30pm (with Night Prayer & 
Benediction at 9.20pm).

To mark the 400th anniversary of the birth of St Oliver Plunkett and the 50th anniversary of his canonisation, RTÉ Television and BBC NI Television will each broadcast a programme on Sunday 23 November 2025.

Pilgrimage to Our Diocesan Seminary in Dundalk
As part of this Year of the Jubilee of Hope, we are planning a trip to our own diocesan seminary in Dundalk. The trip will be on Saturday 29th November, with the bus leaving St Brigid’s Church directly after 10am Mass arriving at the Seminary for 11am.

If any of the young adults (18-35) in our parish family wish to attend this retreat, the parish will cover the suggested donation.
