Altar Servers

To join the parish servers please contact your school principal or the parish office: 041 685 1278.

Altar Servers are drawn from the final classes in our primary schools in all three churches. They are free to continue serving following graduation from Primary School but most choose not to continue this ministry when they graduate. Servers are both male and female and are responsible for the preparation of the altar and for serving the Divine Service that is taking place by assisting the priest.
