“Go, Rebuild my Church” – A Pastoral Letter from Archbishop Eamon

At the conclusion of our Diocesan Congress on Youth, Family and Faith in March this year, I gave a commitment that we would take time to reflect prayerfully on the fruits of the Congress and, in the autumn, begin to share with parishes, schools and groups across the Archdiocese some thoughts and reflections which might help us to bring its vision to life.
Please find here a copy of my Pastoral Letter, “Go, Rebuild My Church”. The letter reflects on a central call that emerged from the Congress: to renew our encounter with Christ and, together, become a more vibrant, missionary Church here in the Archdiocese of Armagh.
I encourage everyone to take some time to read and reflect on the letter and to consider, within your own local context, how we might begin to realise the vibrant vision which emerged from the Congress.
